The Cool Neighborhood Association is a grassroots nonprofit in Waterville dedicated to improving community health by fostering personal connections among neighbors. Formed in response to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation, the Association creates opportunities for people to come together - through events, volunteer efforts, and shared initiatives - to build a stronger, more caring, and connected community.
